# Coffee, read as a gradient.

Gradient began with two friends and one shared conviction: a truly good cup of coffee is built, not brewed by accident.

We met over countless cups — arguing about origins, hunting down cafés on every trip, roasting at home on a machine far too small for our ambitions. Somewhere between the first scorched batch and the first cup that made us both go quiet, we understood: this is what we want to share with everyone.

We think of every cup as a small piece of architecture. The origin is the foundation, the roast curve is the structure, the brew is the finish — get every layer right and the whole thing stands: bright, balanced, unmistakably itself. That's why we buy single lots cupped above 85 points, roast them in small batches here in Yerevan on our Aillio Bullet, and number every release so you always know exactly what's in your cup.

## What we care about

Transparency in sourcing, fair prices to producers, and roasting that lets the coffee speak for itself. No dark, flat, anonymous blends — just clearly-labelled lots with everything you need to know on the bag.
