How Gradient Roastery handles your personal and order information.

Payment data

Card payments are processed by a secure third-party online payment platform. Your card details are entered on the payment provider's own page and are never received, processed or stored by Gradient Roastery.

What we collect

To fulfil an order, we collect your name, phone number, email, and delivery address (country, city, street, apartment), plus the items and quantities you ordered. For subscriptions we collect the same details. We keep a record of each order so that we can handle refunds and questions afterwards, and so that you can see your own order history.

How we use it

We use this information only to confirm, prepare, deliver and, if needed, follow up on your order. We do not use it for advertising or sell it to anyone.

Your order history

You can see the orders placed with your email address at gradientroastery.am/account. There is no account and no password: you enter your email, we send you a one-time link that expires in 15 minutes, and clicking it shows your orders. We can only show orders placed with that exact address.

Who we share it with

We share order information with our payment provider solely to process payment, and with our delivery courier solely to complete delivery. We do not share your information with any other third party, and we never sell it.

Security & retention

We use a variety of security measures and technologies to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, use or disclosure. No transmission of data over the internet can be guaranteed as completely secure, and any transmission is at your own risk. We keep your information only as long as needed to fulfil your order and meet our accounting obligations. Order records are kept for two years, covering refunds, questions and our own accounting, and are then deleted. Sign-in links are stored only as a one-way hash, expire after 15 minutes and can be used once.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it once any open order is resolved. Email info@gradientroastery.am and we will action it. Deleting your order history does not affect the records the bank keeps about a payment, which are outside our control.
