# Terms and conditions

The general terms on which Gradient Roastery sells coffee through gradientroastery.am. By placing an order you accept them, together with our payment, returns & cancellation policy and our privacy policy.

## Who we are

Gradient Roastery is a specialty coffee roastery run by sole entrepreneur Edvard Ghukasyan (EDVARD GHUKASYAN MANVELI SE), Nor Nork, Moldovakan 24, Yerevan, Armenia. Email: info@gradientroastery.am.

## Products

We sell roasted single-origin coffee in 200 g bags and, for some lots, 1 kg bags, as described on each lot's page. Photographs are illustrative. Coffee is a natural product, so its taste can vary slightly from one roast to the next. Lots are offered while stock lasts.

## Orders

An order is placed when you complete the checkout and, for a card order, once the bank confirms the payment. We confirm it by email. If a lot turns out to be unavailable after you have ordered, we contact you and offer a replacement or a full refund.

## Prices & payment

Prices are in Armenian dram (֏) and include applicable taxes. You are charged the amount shown at checkout. Card payments (Visa, Mastercard, ArCa) are made on the bank's secure payment page; your card details are entered there and never reach us. A fiscal receipt is issued for every sale.

## Subscriptions

A subscription delivers coffee on the rhythm you choose, at the price set when you subscribed. You pay for the first delivery at checkout; before each one after that we email you a payment link, and nothing is charged until you pay it. You can pause or cancel at any time by writing to us.

## Delivery

We deliver within Armenia. In Yerevan the delivery fee depends on your district and is shown at checkout; for an address outside Yerevan we contact you to arrange delivery and payment. Some promo codes let you collect your order from us instead.

## Cancellations, returns & refunds

These are set out in our payment, returns & cancellation policy. A refund is made to the card used for payment; how long it takes to appear depends on your bank.

## Personal data

We handle your personal data as described in our privacy policy.

## Responsibility

We are responsible for delivering what you ordered in proper condition. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, or by incorrect contact or delivery details given at checkout.

## Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page when you place an order applies to that order.

## Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute is settled by negotiation first and, failing that, by the courts of the Republic of Armenia.
